Yes! Serenity Scoopers provides dog waste removal services year-round. During the winter we will still show up to provide services because even when it snows most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority! To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take a gate pictures to send to you when we are done cleaning, so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard. In addition, all of our employees must pass a background check before joining our team.

No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your information online through our customer portal, or calling our office.

We double-bag the waste from your yard and place it in each customer’s trash can, or neatly on the side of their house if the trash cans aren’t accessible.

Yes, we love meeting our doggy friends! However, for the safety of our technicians we ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression (even if they are small dogs!), you leave them inside during your cleaning. If your dog is aggressive towards our team while they are in the yard, you will be asked to put them inside, or we will need to remove you from our route.

Yes! We can usually accommodate a specific service day of the week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday!

No, unfortunately we can’t provide a detailed arrival window time, because the routes are constantly changing and unexpected delays are a constant factor. We do provide a 60-minute text alert when we are nearing your yard, but again delays might push that time out.
